STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM, which is operated by A2LiVE Co. Ltd, or its respective subsidiaries, licensees and affiliated companies (collectively, “STROM"). STORM reserves the right to change, modify and/or eliminate the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM and/or all or any portion of these Terms of Use or any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM at any time and in its sole discretion. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revisions to www.a2storm.cn, and you waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications. Your participation in the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Use and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these Terms of Use and applicable policies and FAQs frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use, you must stop participating in the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM.

The STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. This program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read the Privacy Policy www.a2storm.cn carefully to understand how STORM collects, uses and discloses information about customers and how to update or change your personal information and how we communicate with you.

The STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM is one way in which STORM endeavors to reward and thank loyal customers for patronizing our business. Members of the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM are able to earn and accumulate “PIONT" that can be redeemed for the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM benefits.

GENERAL

All benefits offered under the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM are conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions described throughout the www.a2storm.cn website. These rules are subject to change at any time. Please check frequently for program updates or rule changes.

Only one person may be enrolled per Storm Loyalty account. (One Person Per Account)

Members may not maintain more than one Storm Loyalty account. In the event more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account shall be cancelled, as well as all the points associated with that account.

Points accumulated under the program have no cash value.

The account benefits and the points earned by the member, cannot under any circumstances be transferred, assigned, sold or combined with any other person or third party.

EARNING POINTS:

As a program member, you are eligible to earn points for ticket purchases, following Storm on social media platforms, sharing post about Storm and other activities as described in the Points Collection list in your account.

The points for the ticket purchase can be only awarded for tickets purchased through a2storm.cn.

You may earn points for a maximum for 4 tickets per event.

In the event of any festival cancellation, once the purchased ticket has been refunded, that member will not be granted the points. 

USING POINTS:

As you achieve different levels in the Program, you will be eligible for benefits specific to each program level.

All the members of the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM have an exclusive access to first tier early bird tickets for all Storm festivals. These tickets prices are lower than standard early bird ticket prices and it is considered a discounted ticket.

The first tier early bird tickets are very limited and available for the members on a first come, first serve basis.

When a Member has earned a sufficient number of points, that member may request a reward, listed in the Redemption Catalogue available online at a2storm.cn

As soon as the reward application has been processed, the points required for the reward are deducted from that member’s account.

The rewards are valid only for a limited time, as specified for each reward.

Lost, stolen or expired rewards will not be refundable, replaced or extended.

A member can request a ticket upgrade from a GA ticket, purchased at full price, to a VIP ticket of the same event and same date.

The upgrade reward is a subject to availability on an upgraded ticket.

Discounted tickets (including first tier early bird tickets) are not eligible for the upgrade reward.

A Member can redeem the points for only one upgrade per festival.

All rewards and benefits proposed are subject to change and availability. Local restrictions and/or alterations may apply.

STATUS AND POINTS EXPIRATION:

On 31 December of each year, the level in the program to which a member is to be entitled the next year will be determined by the number of points

accumulated from 1st January through December 31st of that same year.

If a Member hasn’t earned enough points during a year to maintain his current membership level, the member will be downgraded one level below their previous status.

Member’s points are valid for 2 years. The Company reserves the right to cancel the points after a period of 2 years with no activity registered on the member’s account. It is up to the member to check the expiration date of his points.

MISCELLANIOUS:

Your account under the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends or others, or used by you for any commercial purpose. You may have only one (1) Storm Loyalty account that is personal to you.

Without notice to you, STORM reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your account and/or your participation in the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM. if STORM determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, you have more than one (1) account, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, deceptive, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. STORM may, in its sole discretion, suspend, cancel or combine accounts that appear to be duplicative. In the event that your participation in the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM is terminated, then all accumulated points in your account are void.

Without notice to you, STORM also reserves the right to “unregister" and make ineligible for the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM any points or account that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. Inactive is defined as no points earned. In the event that your account is unregistered or rendered inactive, then all accumulated points in your account are void.

STORM reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the STORM LOYALTY PROGRAM at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.、
